The 2^nd activity of Tata Bolt Drive to Lonavala was a surreal experience. It was an amazing trip from Mumbai to Lonavala. For those who missed the bus, no worries, I will take you through an exhilarating experience. Our journey started off from Café Infinito, the first point where all the bloggers assembled to get Bolted. To make things interactive, there were fun activities arranged for us, we were divided into teams of 3. Every team has to introduce their teammates in an innovate way. Creative thinkers started thinking out of the box.I am elated that I had teammates, Rohan, and Vishal. Vishal had a different way to start off –“Why not engage the audience and introduce us with Dumb Charades “ and I must say everyone liked it. After a round of introductions by all the teams, Tata Motors team gave us the short presentation about the features, the technology of the Bolt car.

We headed to MMRDA grounds where short suspension test drive was made to give us comfy feel even on bumpy roads. Now everyone was hooked on to their smartphone tweeting, liking, updating status, uploading pictures. In just a few mins, #BoltDrives started trending on Twitter. It was all over my timeline, my friends were asking what this #BoltDrives going on? I told just follow the hashtag you will know what you missed it.

Driving in Mumbai traffic is like if you drive here, you can drive anywhere! Our car was in safe hands.Rohan drove the car to Lonavala.In the journey, Captain Bolt (sounds like RJ Jeeturaj but no he is not) would call us every 20 mins and ask our experience and it was fun talking to him. When we were on the expressway, Bolt runs like a super-fast bullet on track.

Being a music lover, it was amazing to hear Harman Kardon® infotainment system.For detail features of the BOLT Car please see my blog post – BOLT Car .We arrived at the pit stop for delicious lunch at Dhaba. Thereafter we reached Tiger hill.You get awesome scenic view of Tiger hill. Beautiful views of Mountains mesmerized us. All bloggers captured selfies,groupfie, videos. In the return journey, Vishal drove the car, he is an amazing driver, well balanced, and he likes speed, seems to be big fan of “Fast & Furious “. But he had good control over the steering.

It was time to Bid bye, everyone gathered for closing ceremony at CCD on their way back. I really enjoyed #BoltDrives to Lonavala. It was scintillating experience.Also met new bloggers on this journey.
